Welcome to the FinderMonkey Weekly. Our weekly deep dive into the world of people tracing.
This week’s newsletter and video is a bit different.
It’s brought to you direct by our Managing Director Ryan Shaw.
He really wanted to discuss the evolution of the company and run through what is on the horizon and the big things to come for FinderMonkey’s future.
Over to you Ryan…
“I wanted to talk about something that has been on my mind for a long time. I hope you enjoy reading and learning about why I am changing the name from FinderMonkey.
I started FinderMonkey in 2007. We became a limited company in 2009. What seemed like a lightheaded name that was memorable is now taking too much from my team. Too much time to try and explain.
So, we have to change it. Its just serious enough when we are tracing and contacting lost relatives and old friends.
With Dr Joanna North and David Oates, we have built a team that is, in my opinion the best in the UK.
We’re experienced, compassionate and work incredibly hard. You can see that in our customer reviews. Over 850 and a score of 4.8 out of 5. It takes effort and dedication to do that.
We are focused on safeguarding. Safeguarding you as our client but also the person you have asked us to find.
We prepare you for various outcomes and provide emotional support. We can even provide counselling if needed.
So basically, I want you to know that we know what we do is serious. So, over the coming weeks you will see us rebranding.
The same team, the same ethics, the same safeguarding but a new name.
We hope to welcome you on your journey to reconnect with someone soon.
Thank you for reading.

So there, you have it. We hope this proves that we take what we do seriously. We get how much it means to you, and we hope you can see how much it means to us to.
We love helping reconnect people and will continue and strive to always be better in every way we can to make your journey as comfortable and as easy as possible
