Welcome to the FinderMonkey Weekly. Our weekly deep dive into the world of people tracing.
David Oates, our head researcher is back with another weekly video for you.
This week, he talks with our Intermediary Expert, Sue Harrison.
Sue has been with the company now for a little over 8 years and has been integral in helping shape, form and perfect the intermediary service we have today.
You’ll see her name mentioned a lot in our Trustpilot reviews…and there’s a reason why.
David and Sue discuss the intermediary process, how it works and the importance of using and intermediary when contacting someone you have not seen for a long time or never met at all.
They also cover safeguarding and risk assessment and why it’s taken so seriously when wanting to reunite with someone. You see, we take what we do seriously. Finding someone is not something you do every day and in most cases will only need to be done one.
You we it to yourself and the person you’re looking for to have the best change of a successful, amicable outcome for everyone.
They talk though what we need from you and what to address in your personal statement before we make that all important contact for you. Don’t worry though, we’ll guide you through all this and the best way to write it too.
If you have received a letter from us, this is covered too!
We understand how nervous it can make someone to receive a letter out of the blue but all we ask for you to call and speak with us. All searches are conducted with legitimate reason to find someone, and you can rest assured that your information is protected every step of the way too.
We just want the opportunity to explain who is looking and why then everyone is allowed the time they need to digest everything and move forward at a pace they are comfortable, when they are ready too.
Don’t fear it. You’re not committing to anything. To start with, you’re just finding out. We’ll support you and answer and questions you have too.
Sue is amazing at what she does and we’re incredibly proud of her. She is a true asset to the team. We really hope you enjoy this week’s video.
