Do you store my personal details?
We collect your name, address, telephone number and email so that we can contact you regarding your search, we have to keep an audit of whom we work for due to the sensitive nature of what we do. Your details are not added to any People Finder databases.
How safe is it to enter my card details on your site?
Our website is safe to use and our payments are taken securely by PayPal. Our website is as safe as it can be. It is also verified as safe to use by SafeBuy and PCI Security Council. We are also data protection compliant.
What if I don’t have a credit/debit card or I don’t want to pay over the site?
The site is safe to use but if you do not want to pay over the site or if you do not have a bank card we accept Paypal, BACS transfers and International bank transfers. We are also happy to accept cheques or postal orders.
